Worst experience in buying a new car we ever had. On 8-10-2022, We ordered a 2023 Subaru Impreza Premium with Crystal white Pearl exterior color. On 10-4, the 2023 Impreza was delivered with Black On 8-10-2022, We ordered a 2023 Subaru Impreza Premium with Crystal white Pearl exterior color. On 10-4, the 2023 Impreza was delivered with Black Silica exterior. We had to reorder the original white 2023 Impreza which was delivered almost 2 months later on 11-22. In addition, the salesman gave me the wrong VIN which I needed to insure the 2023 Impreza with The auto insurance.company. Without the correct VIN, we couldn’t get insurance & couldn’t buy the 2023 Impreza. We were totally frustrated in purchasing the car. More
