I had been looking for "the right Panamera" for 2 years and have had several occasions to visit dealerships to look at them. When I called TROY he immediately sent me a pictures and info on a car that he thought might suit me. He was forthright, clear, helpful, sent the build list right away, and answered all my questions. We kept in contact until I could take the 90 minute drive to the dealership. I was glad I did! Paul Miller Porsche is a magnificent facility! With professional, courteous, and an eager to please staff at all levels, my experience was already a quantum leap above the service at my local dealership. TROY introduced me to the car with the elegance it deserved and presented its features completely. I decided to buy the car that day. The purchase and delivery made my overall experience even better. The process went smoothly and was the easiest I have EVER experienced. TROY PORTELA took 90 minutes to go over every detail of the car, including pairing my cell phone, and placing the roadside assistance number in my contacts. I have had many wonderful cars in the past and no one has ever take the time that he did with me. The facility is beautiful and the garage is spotless. I happened to be greeted by Chris Scogno on my first call and Chris helped me through start to finish. Chris was my single point of contact and Chris was very patient in answering all my questions and sending all requested information. He was very responsive and could understand my needs, budget and helped to negotiate with his manager and get me a good deal. Other than that, I was quite happy with my visits to the dealerships. Chris had the vehicle ready for test drive and gave me a very good overview of the vehicles options etc., Although I didn't go with the very first vehicle I saw, he offered to forward me other upcoming pre-owned listings and finally helped me to narrow down to one that suited my needs. Chris's manager Tom (pre-owned) was a nice person who kept the conversation short during negotiation and understood my needs and gave me a good deal that works for him and me. Anthony the business manager also kept the documentation work easy by preparing the finance options and all papers that need to be reviewed and signed.
