I can't tell you how the outcome exceeded my expectations. The interior was horrific...and embarrassing. In fact, I was worried you would call me to tell me it was impossible to clean...ha! Bob Christenson is a class act! Ken was very honest & straightforward regarding the service required for my BMW 740i. He described not only my current issue, but others that are coming down the road.
