After repeated phone calls and left messages to the general manager as I was asked to do, I have NEVER heard back. I wonder if the response to my post was a computer generated one and they never had any intention of talking to me about it anyway...

Since I have never heard from the general manager like I was promised, I'm going to have my lawyer draft a letter and submit it to the Consumer Protection Agency. I hope no one ever has a problem like this again.
