Very disappointed with the sales team from Paul Miller Audi. Scheduled an appointment to discuss next steps due to the end of lease. Sales person was only interested in having me return the car and was downplaying the value of the car (2021 Audi Q7 3.0 with 24k miles). Sales person informed me that the value of the car is $37k, yet when asked if I can purchase similar vehicle from them for that price he could not point to one such car or similar close to that price.. Further when discussed financing options, sales person was attempting to make that process as difficult as possible thus making me loose interest in dealing with them. Next day I went to my bank and was able to complete the process without any involvement from Paul Miller Audi. The effort took less than a day. More
