He was quick to tell me what the company did not do, rather than trying to assist. Jon was unpleasant from the very beginning of the interaction. I have been coming to Paul Miller for years, and this experience was extremely disappointing. If this is the level of customer service being represented, I would reconsider continuing to do business with the dealership. As the customer, I felt I was treated poorly and without respect. More
