The price he gave me was exactly in the fair range when the others were high priced. He didn't try to sneak in any charges. I didn't need to negotiate at all. Jay was incredibly helpful and straight forward. Pete in finance was awesome too. Eveything added up, and he didn't push any products on me. I never thought it would be a pleasure to buy a new car. I was greeted by Natasha, and taken care of very quickly. A loaner car was ready for me and I was in and out very fast.
