We recently had a serious issue with our 2016 Audi Q5 (not related to Paul Miller). The car was towed to Paul Miller Parsippany. From the moment the car arrived the service advisor Louis kept us abreast of our problem and suggested a way to resolve this. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Our service technician, Brian Tyrone was also amazing. He knows his stuff! We needed a complete engine, not a small job., but Brian was quick and thorough. He explained everything to us. Louis and Brian were a great team and thanks to them, my Q5 is like new! I also should say whenever I was there or needed extra help, the other advisors were always willing to accommodate me if Louis wasn’t available. If I could give this service department 1000 stars I would. Trust me, when you have a big repair or costly repair the peace of mind they give you is priceless. I purchased my a3 convertible from them also, never would I go anywhere else. More
