I was sold a lemon. Each time I brought car back things got worse. Roof leaked 3 times so far. Scratched, dented and a bent wheel alignment. Squeaky shocks and they told me that is normal. I’m not a mechanic but I’m also not stupid. I’ve driven numerous Audi and none sounded like the one I bought. A annoying rattle still present and I’m stuck with it. I could have gotten this quality and customer care at a place with vehicles $20,000 cheaper. The corporate office has about the same level of professionalism and lacks integrity. No one follows up or own accountability. It’s been the blame game from the start. Disappointing is an understatement at this point. More
