When we walked into Paul Miller Audi we were considering a few different competitors models. Audi was at the top of our list but we weren't sure whether we would go new A4 or pre-owned A6. She didn't give us the hard sell at all and realized we weren't ready to decide that. We were impressed that she encouraged us to really feel comfortable with what we wanted.After shopping around a bit, we called her back and she accommodated us on yet another busy Saturday near closing and stayed late to strike the deal. We liked that there wasn't any pressure tactics and felt she didn't play games - she gave us the price and there was no haggling, just a professional and transparent experience. Pam Zabitz of Paul Miller Audi has kept in touch with me over the last 2 and 1/2years. When I first met her I told her that I was just looking, but not really interested in buying. I just picked up my new 2012 A4 from Paul Miller Audi in Parsippany. I highly recommend my salesman, Peter Wendell. I would be comfortable sending my mother, alone,to buy a car from Peter! Peter took the time to understand whati was looking for in a car, how long i wanted to keep the car, what kind of driver i was (enthusiast), etc. to understand what my priorities were and then was able to provide the appropriate advice regarding vehicle selection and option choices. After I had decided on the A4, I had second thoughts about the suspension choice I had made ( I was wondering if I should have considered the sport suspension ). Peter made an appointment with me to come back and drive a demo with the sport suspension, and then right after drive a different demo with the standard suspension so i could make the comparison. I felt as though he sincerely wanted to make sure I was ordering the option that I would be happy with. With regard to add-on warranties, prepaid service options, etc., i felt like I received the appropriate advice for my situation; I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. There are a lot of features/electronics in my new Audi. When I picked up my car, Peter spent almost 2 hours demonstrating them and making sure i understood how to operate everything. Before I left the dealership, my phone/bluetooth was set up, my iPod/music was ready to go, etc. My highest recommendation for Peter Wendell. More
