It's a really beautiful machine and he made sure we felt not only comfortable but thrilled with the purchase. In some dealerships if you're looking at pre-owned vehicles, even of the 'certified' variety, they don't exactly make you feel like you're their primary clientele. But here everyone was extremely warm and friendly, and we weren't shuffled off to some secondary showroom. We expect to be happy and loyal customers over the long term. Thanks, Bernardo! More

I was completely ignored everywhere else, even after walking around the showroom looking at cars for 20 minutes! Not so at PM. Pam nevertheless, searched the entire inventory (on-hand, in route & at factory) to see if she could find one and acquire it for me. She located one matching most of my requirements, but was unable to make the swap. I thus had to purchase the car directly from the other dealer. The discount she offerred me better that the discount I finally got from the other dealer. I surely would have saved some money buying from her.
