I bought 2012 LR4 from Paul Miller Land Rover just 8 months ago. Now I wanted to get a brand new Q7 and the trade-in value they gave me was way below what Mercedes and Lexus were willing to give for my months ago. I then decided to add a small car, instead of trading in my LR4, so I contacted them again for 2010 A3 and they contacted me after a week, and that also through an email. This is not the type of customer service, you expect to get when you have bought two LR4s in 1 year from Paul Miller. More

Took car in for a/c repair and they had my car for a week. Cut my tire during process. When I picked up I had to wait and I missed all my meetings. Total inconvenience!!! No one really values time. I had an appointment on 6/9/12@3-3:15PM. When I arrived Dan was with a customer which is understandable. Rather than have me wait he had Dave help us out. We went on a test ride in a 2013 A5 Dave was not Dan was with a customer which is understandable. Rather than have me wait he had Dave help us out. We went on a test ride in a 2013 A5 Dave was not nice or helpful on the drive. I asked him various questions about the vehicle, but he did not volunteer any assistance about the A5. When we came back to the dealership Dave went over the car, but his disposition was not so friendly. With no personality whatsoever. Afterwards, he asked about my car if it was leased, how many payments lefted and what I was going to do either lease or buy. Neither Dan or Dave never had anyone look at the car to be appraised or take it out on the road. Dave comes back to the desk asks my lease payment on my car and tells me they would not buy the car, but would finish the payments. Afterwards, he is looking on the computer to see what my lease payment would total. About 713.00 per month. Dave was not very convincing he wanted to make a deal. He gives me a price that was list on the vehicle not invoice, which Dan already mentioned to me on the phone earlier in the week I would get invoice price. Also Dave adds in my remaining payments on my car to the total invoice of the A5 which came out 47,500. I went on to ask Dave why are you giving prices on the car when I came here to work out a deal with Dan. So we went over to Dan who was just sitting at his desk doing absolutely nothing and Dave whispered something to him. Afterwards, I told Dan in my opinion Dave discouraged me on doing business with this dealership. Most important aspect why would Dave add my car payments to the deal? Is customer service not part of what the dealship stands for. Why would Dave and Dan just let me leave and go elsewhere? Thanks PS: Hope the next customer does not have my experience. More

I visited several Audi dealerships before going to Paul Miller Audi. The experience ranged from poor at Manhattan Audi to okay elsewhere. I was prepared with a price and the features that I wanted. Within 15 minutes My salesperson Albin presented a deal that beat everyone else. They purchased my existing BMW at the price I wanted. The purchase was first rate, the delivery was first rate and the follow up was great. My only complaint was that Albin wanted to speed more time showing me the features than I wanted to spend. I even left with a full tank of gas. More

We took a drive over the weekend to check out preowned cars for our son. We did not bring him at first because we did not want to get his hopes up too high. ( let's face it - the used car buying experience is usually stressful and tedious ). We were surprised to find a fantastic selection of preowned and certified vehicles at Paul Miller Audi. Once we met our sales person, Don Cherry, the experience got even better. He was so easy to work with and he had a genuine interest our criteria. After test driving a couple of cars and many, many questions he found the perfect car for us. We could not purchase It at that moment but he understood and was very patient. Later that week,we brought our son back to the dealership and made the purchase. Don went above and beyond the call of duty! He took his time to work with our first time car buyer and he truly made this experience a memorable one for our son ( and for us ! ) after a thorough review of the car's features --- he even patiently posed for pictures! Don went out of his way to be helpful and he was so professional. We highly recommend Don Cherry and Paul Miller Audi. We will be back . More
