I just purchased my Dream vehicle, a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali! The process was an excellent experience from my first test drive to the day I drove it off the lot and even beyond!! His knowledge about the vehicle made me feel as though I was being educated about a vehicle, not just being sold a car. Paul Masse South is a beautiful facility with qualified staff. Richard McDermott was suberb! Friendly,kind, up to date with all the new equipment in the new vehicles. I spoke briefly with Bob Masse which was rather nice that he took some time out of his busy schedule with all the new equipment in the new vehicles. I was able to complete almost my entire deal by e-mail which was a great advantage, as I find it is very frustrating to play telephone tag back and forth leaving voicemail. Richard McDermott was very responsive and I feel I got a very good deal on the vehicle I wanted. It was well worth traveling 2 and a half hours for the quality experience I had at Paul Masse Buick GMC South. Everything was as we had discussed on e-mail; there were no surprises. More
