My Visit Sept 1, 2015 I spent 4 hours waiting to have two tires replaced and my tires balanced! I was told innumerable times that they were almost done and were washing and I spent 4 hours waiting to have two tires replaced and my tires balanced! I was told innumerable times that they were almost done and were washing and vacuuming the car. Each 10 minute delay stretched to an hour. Finally one of the reps said (after a 3 hour wait) that they were having trouble with the washing device. They could have skipped the wash and let me leave. The rep also said the tires were about $90 to $100. He wasn't sure. They charged me over $300.I think he should have informed me of the price before installing the tires. I also asked they to recharge my remote ($30). He did not charge me because of a long wait.Thank you. The staff is extremely polite and the lounge is comfortable and well stocked with treats and drinks. I just feel a 4 hour wait was way over board and that they should have been honest about why it was so long of a wait. More

Mission Accomplished I was referred to Tom Fratantuono by a friend/neighbor who just leased a car from him. My friend knew about my quest for a Buick Regal. I had given I was referred to Tom Fratantuono by a friend/neighbor who just leased a car from him. My friend knew about my quest for a Buick Regal. I had given up hope for buying this car this year until I checked out various Buick web sites one afternoon. I saw the car I wanted, and it was a "Special" at Paul Masse. My interest peeked, I called Tom "Frat" the following day to ask about the "Special" as there were more than one that applied. The cash deal motivated me, and without knowing me, talking to me telephonically, more money was taken off the MSRP. I met with Tom that day, and got the exact car I wanted, showing him the print-out from May, of that exact car, from Paul Masse's dealership web site. The timing was great, the price was exceptional and I am loving that car. I am very pleased with the buying experience with Tom Frat, and the time he gave me showing me all the latest technology in this car, which was all new to me. I have adapted quickly to the new car and by far, it was a very good car buying experience and my objective to buy a new car this year was met, and I got the car I wanted. More
