No pressure, even hand delivered the registration to my home, going out of his way to make it easy for the customer. The sales purchase was flawless, including the finance experience. First and foremost he listened to me and did not try to "blow smoke" or "sell" me in anyway. This was a far departure from the 3 previous dealerships I had just called about similar vehicles that left me far from interested in doing business with them. As a result, I scheduled time to come in the following morning to have him show me the vehicle and have the team assess the value of my trade. I have been in sales for almost 20 years in the IT industry and am a strong believer that what makes people successful in sales no matter what the industry is the ability to build strong relationships founded on trust. This can only happen if you are honest, have integrity, and are willing to listen to your customer and not drive your own agenda. Tom is a true professional that exudes these qualities and will undoubtedly continue to have success. He further impressed me by delivering paper work to my house later that evening likely adding over an additional hour to his commute home. He is clearly and individual who will go above and beyond for his customers and Paul Masse is fortunate to have this caliber of an employee. More

Nightmare. I bought my truck here 3 months ago. Its been the service dept. 4 times for vibration/shaking issue. Met with the Service Manager and GM rep. today. T I bought my truck here 3 months ago. Took them for rides and they both acknowledge the vibration problem but say thats what a truck suppose to drive like. My 2014 Ford F-150 did not do this. If you want your car's steering wheel to vibrate at various speeds... then buy your car at Paul Masse. GM has a huge issue with their trucks and its illustrated on AutoGuide.com, please read it before you buy. I just wanted my hard earned money back. Its a shame that Paul Masse will not stand behind his products when he says "You will be satisfied". I am not satisfied! More

Found my car! I knew what I wanted, a Verano turbo. None were available in RI or near by MA or CT. John Vacca tracked one done in a day and in the color I wanted. Too good to be true. Very disappointing. Had my Sierra 3 months and I regret buying it. My truck has VIBRATION and SHAKING issues that have not been fixed, even after 4 se Very disappointing. Bob Masse has ignored my calls and refused to refund my money. I am not satisfied. It is noted in internet forums that GM has these issues with Sierra/Silverado and other vehicles that have not been addressed. Google it. More
