I spoke with Bob Masse and Tom Fratantuono about the car I was looking for and within an hour I received a call and had an appointment for the following day to see a car that fit my description. A few days later I was driving away with my new car. The service at Paul Masse Buick was the best I have ever experienced at a car dealership. They were friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. In addition to giving us the best price , the general manager Bob Masse as well as our sales associate Tom Fratantuono were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond by delivering our new license plates, putting them on the car and then programing the garage door openers. They made purchasing a car very easy and enjoyable.
