I had previously purchased a Buick from Tom in 2016, so I knew he would be honest , no nonsense, no pressure style. He is a class act! My purchase was a new 2020 Encore GX for my wife. Tom allowed me to test drive 2 models, I kept switching between each one, Tom did not try to steer me to any one of them, he just wanted me to be happy with whatever my wife and I decided. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but these 2 transactions (in 2016 and now) are by far the easiest and smoothest car purchases I have ever made, thanks to Tom Frat and the Paul Masse "one-price" deal. I am extremely happy with the trade-in deal, and with the applied discounts. More

Purchasing made easy When an internet search for a specific truck lead me to Paul Masse GMC South, a mutual friend recommended I go see Tom Frat. I'm glad I did. Yes, I When an internet search for a specific truck lead me to Paul Masse GMC South, a mutual friend recommended I go see Tom Frat. I'm glad I did. Yes, I'd love to have driven away in the CPO truck I did for a little less money, but every person who ever bought a vehicle new or used is going to say that. The bottom line is that Tom was easy to work with, he listened to what my needs were and there was no pressure. The ultimate question for any business transaction is, "would you buy there again?". My answer is, "yes, I definitely would". Thank you, Tom. More

Too bad you cannot rate 0.0. The service department should be called “sorry we could not reproduce“ department or “I need customer relations classes” department. I’ve brought my truck in at least five should be called “sorry we could not reproduce“ department or “I need customer relations classes” department. I’ve brought my truck in at least five times for the same trailer brake issue (I’ve never even towed). Only after have GMC escalate the issue did they “fix it.” Well kinda fixed it. I was told that it I pulled a wire when I removed my dashboard. Funny thing is I never did. Now the same problem is back after their master technicians solved the problem and they want me to wait 10-12 days for an appointment? So done with them. They are super helpful when you are dropping 70 thousand dollars but after that they literally do not give two ducks. Anything involving warranty work they ignore because of the lower hourly rate. More
