Incredible Experience The first time i've never had to step foot in a dealership. Due to Covid-19 I was unable to go to the dealership with my children. Tom did everything over the phone, and the finance manager, Wayne King, made sure I knew all of my options. Tom then brought my new Acadia to my house where I took delivery and signed my paperwork. I had previously purchased a Buick from Tom in 2016, so I knew he would be honest , no nonsense, no pressure style. He is a class act! My purchase was a new 2020 Encore GX for my wife. Tom allowed me to test drive 2 models, I kept switching between each one, Tom did not try to steer me to any one of them, he just wanted me to be happy with whatever my wife and I decided. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but these 2 transactions (in 2016 and now) are by far the easiest and smoothest car purchases I have ever made, thanks to Tom Frat and the Paul Masse "one-price" deal. Yes, I'd love to have driven away in the CPO truck I did for a little less money, but every person who ever bought a vehicle new or used is going to say that. The bottom line is that Tom was easy to work with, he listened to what my needs were and there was no pressure. The ultimate question for any business transaction is, "would you buy there again?".
