Greetings Paul Conte Folks. .. This is going to be a pleasure to write. I can honestly say that the purchase of my XT4 on December 16 was by far the best experience I've ever .. This is going to be a pleasure to write. I can honestly say that the purchase of my XT4 on December 16 was by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership in my 40 years of driving. And that is due entirely to the professionalism of Jim Galgano. When I went to look at the car, casually, on the lot on a Saturday afternoon, I thought to myself, "Hmmm - I wonder how long it will take for a sales person to come running out to schmooze me." And the nice thing was, I was pleasantly left alone for just the right amount of time - maybe twenty minutes, to walk around the lot on my own, at my own pace, to look over the different models, and the different options on the cars. Then, at just the right time, Jim put on his coat and came out to the lot to introduce himself. Not pushy, or sales-man-y in any way. Just a knowledgeable and helpful person who had a great rapport and demeanor. I actually didn't feel like I was a "potential sale", but rather like someone who just liked cars. Good American cars. Cadillacs. I can tell you that because of Jim's approach, I was ready to do the deal after half an hour. Probably a record for me in buying a car. He went over everything very carefully, explained my financing options, and negotiated a very fair deal in my trade. He is, quite frankly, everything that an automotive salesperson can and should be. Nice job, Conte, in hiring the right kind of people to staff your operation. A terrific experience from start to finish. Please extend my thanks to Jim, and to Omar Azizi, for their fine work. More
