Paul Conte Cadillac is the best dealership I have ever dealt with especially Tom Loche. He is the most helpful and knowledgeable service dept employee I have ever met. My daughter and I went to the Paul Conte-Cadillac Dealer ship in Freeport, NY. We were looking for a Black 2009 Cadillac CTS which this dealer ship had. Evan Boucaud was an excellent salesman and provided ship in Freeport, NY. We were looking for a Black 2009 Cadillac CTS which this dealer ship had. Evan Boucaud was an excellent salesman and provided us with extraordinary service. He gave us great information which led us to purchase the 2009 Cadillac CTS. The word is Consistent. I have consistently been treated in a friendly manner. The Service representative Danny always explains the processes that are involved. Even the Auto Technician Tony came into the customer lounge to explain and ask if i had any questions. It's hard today to get customer service in this fashion. I have been a Customer Relations Supervisor for a major Utility for 32 years. These guys are good and respectful,Informative. My car has always been returned ,repaired running better than I expected. They aren't parts changers. They diagnose what is wrong with the car and make the necessary repairs at a reasonable price. What impressed me the most was how Danny and the Auto Technician thanked me for choosing them to work on my car and told me to call if I had any problems with the repair. I will refer and keep coming back to Paul Conte Cadillac. More
My experience at Conte was just fabulous from the moment I entered the dealership. I met with Mr.Pennisi personally in his office and he couldn't have been more helpful to me.We worked out a deal that was j I entered the dealership. I met with Mr.Pennisi personally in his office and he couldn't have been more helpful to me.We worked out a deal that was just great, I had priced the car at two other dealers on Long Island and was not told of the incentives and other policies that I could get.If I could give Mr.Pennisi a rating of !0 it would not be enough.He is a wonderful person and it was my pleasure to do business with him. As for my relationship with Evan Boucaud it was just as good,he helped me with the delivery of my vehicle and spent more than one and half hours with me explaining everything I had to know about the car before he would let me drive it off of the property.He too would get a rating of 10 if it could be done.
