We have used Cerame Ford for vehicle purchases and for service work on our vehicles for 15 years. The service has always been exceptional. The store and service area are neat and clean. The service dept. at Cerame agreed to take a look at the Buick when I purchased tires and they quickly diagnosed some lingering problems that others had never found. The car runs and drives great just like any of our other vehicles that they ever worked on. Cerame Ford keeps my wife's 1996 Thunderbird and our daughter's 2002 Mercury Cougar running in peak form. What may seem to be higher cost up front actually winds up less in the long run because it is fixed right the first time. More

Went to Cerame to buy a 2012 Ford Taurus SEL under the Ford `a` plan. Called Vicky Wallace prior to coming in to tell her which cars I wanted to test drive. After a few emails back and forth I drove 14 hours round trip for a deal put together by Tom Bullock. It was well worth the drive as I saved over $4000 compared to my local dealers. When I arrived, my vehicle was already to go and was just as Tom had described. After a short test drive, I was out the door in less than 45 minutes. That was the shortest amount of time I've ever spent in a dealership. Tom made the whole process fast and easy. After a couple weeks I received an email that explained that my vehicle had a trial XM/Sirius subscription, what a nice bonus for a used SUV!!! I will surely look for another deal at Cerame Ford for my next vehicle. Thanks Tom! More
