Vicky was great, very patient and helpful with us, and we would definitely buy a car from her again. As a matter of fact, this is the 2nd car we bought from her. On Feb. 1st I went to pick my grandma up so she could go with me (to be of some assistance, since she's dealt with purchasing a new car before)to the Ford car dealerships to look for a new SUV, because I al with me (to be of some assistance, since she's dealt with purchasing a new car before)to the Ford car dealerships to look for a new SUV, because I always heard that salesmen will try to talk u into buying anything. So when we got there, the sales lady Vicky Wallace came right out and introduced herself....she was very welcoming :) I told her what I was looking for as far as the vehicle and car note price, and she made it her business to make sure that i got everything i requested. I was really surprised when I got approved to even buy, because other dealers said i would need a co-signer, not because i have bad credit but because i didn't have enough credit. So you can just imagine how excited I was when Vicky called and told me the good news! So anyway, to make a long story short, I told Vicky that I could only afford no more than $300 a month for a car note, and she definitely made that her mission, because when i tell you i got a deal like no other...I GOT A DEAL LIKE NO OTHER!!! lol My pick was a 2012 Ford Exporer XLT and my note was even better than i expected...$291! How can u beat that!?!?! She was perfect, and I'm gonna send everybody I know to her who is wanting to purchase a brand new vehicle with an excelent listener/customer service/saleslady. Vicky was extremely helpful to me with all the info and any questions or concerns i had. I didn't feel pressured or rushed with making my decision at all. I absolutely LOVE my new truck!
