When I came to Paul Cerame, was only coming to visit, maybe test drive a car or two. When I walk up to the door Mr. Roberson opens the door with a smile & hello and from that point on it was the best exp maybe test drive a car or two. I had been casually looking to replace my Marquis, with 180000 miles,but in no hurry, my car was in good shape and running great. On a drive-by I saw a 2011 Marquis that caught my eye and returned with my 180000 miles,but in no hurry, my car was in good shape and running great. On a drive-by I saw a 2011 Marquis that caught my eye and returned with my wife to look closer. We both liked the car, and was approached by Jim Hill. My first question was "what was the price?" Received the quote, made an offer with no apparent chance; thanked Jim and prepared to leave. He said they had a low mileage Marquis on the other lot if I was interested. We looked at a handsome car with such low mileage, I had doubts and said i was on our way to a party and would return. Jim and Mike, who was involved by this time said to drive the car over the weekend. I did like it and being no mechanic had it checked the morning I was to return. Car passed with minor concerns. Went back to dealership, checked Carfax, told them of concerns with car. They attended everything i questioned; made my wife happy with a new vinyl top and we were the proud new owners. Throughout all the transaction Jim and Mike were friendly, smiling and attentive. Offering counter proposals when a bump came up. We were very pleased and satisfied with their courtesy and attention. I have always had a great experience at this dealership and I continue to stay loyal to them because of it. My sales person Vicky, was so patient and answered all of my questions and I always have a lot w and I continue to stay loyal to them because of it. She was very helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with. She didn't hassle me and gave me the time I needed to complete the transaction. She walked me thru every step and whatever I needed she was there to handle. Emile was also a great help he assisted Vicky in making this a smooth transation and getting my request fulfilled. Thanks Emile and Vicky for working this deal for me! They worked so fast and made me feel like I was their top priority. I have also worked with Bob in financing in the past and he has always made the final transistion of getting your vehicle smooth and easy. He explains all of documents in detail and answers the questions fully. I also would like to take a moment to recognize Joe Greco, because he has always help service my cars and has been very personable and greets you with a great smile everytime you come in. All of the employees of Cerame have been memorable and I have never had a bad experience ever! I guess this is why I just got my 5th car from them. This is our third car purchase at Paul Cerame Ford. We were greeted warmly by Vicki Wallace. We told her we were interested in a Ford Fiesta. There was a Red Candy one that we looked at, but it had more were greeted warmly by Vicki Wallace. We told her we were interested in a Ford Fiesta. There was a Red Candy one that we looked at, but it had more than what we were looking for on it. So we drove a Silver hatchback and we liked it. However, the hatchback doesn't have tethers for carseats and we preferred the trunk room in the sedan. We fit well and were amazed. We couldn't find a red or silver one with exactly what we wanted on it. So she asked how much we would be willing to pay for the red one that they had. My husband shot her a number with trade-in of our 2001 Escort ZX2 and they accepted our offer. We had a concern because the battery was dead in the car prior to us being able to drive it. We had to leave and come back due to a commitment. When we got back, she had the car ready to drive. Then the car went dead again; however, a new battery was put in the car prior to purchase today. Vicki was great - she was so patient, she worked hard to see if she could find what we wanted, met our requests and we have happily come home today with our new red car. Paul Cerame Ford has been great to us. In 2007 we purchased a Ranger and in 2008 we purchased a Fusion. We had the airbag light go on in the Fusion and we returned to PC Ford. They fixed the car after ordering the parts and we had a rental car to help us out while the car was repaired. It was so simple. We also had the Fusion inspected there and we have purchased a battery from them. Everyone has been very nice to us that we have dealt with. Emile Williams gave us this card to rate the dealership. He was very nice and polite. Our first two vehicles were purchased with salesman Les Donoho who is no longer with PC. So we didn't know what kind of salesperson we would get this time. We feel very grateful to have gotten to know Vicki. We are totally impressed and look forward to visiting her when we come in for service. My husband is relinquishing his oil changing duties to PC. Vicki also did a great job of explaining the car and we definitely will be taking advantage of the Sync classes. The car does way more than we had any idea. Bob was great with the paying portion of the purchase. Everything was zip zip and done. We truly thank Paul Cerame for this awesome experience. We will definitely recommend them, especially Vicki.
