However, my recent experience in purchasing my new vehicle was simply outstanding and I cannot say enough complimentary things about the care and attention I received from your sales consultant, Vicky Wallace. When I started thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, Ms. Wallace came very highly recommended to me by my sister, who two months ago purchased a new Ford Escape from your dealership. My sister had the pleasure of getting Ms. Wallace as her sales consultant and told me to go see her. Boy am I glad she did! Originally, I was thinking of purchasing a used 2010 Ford SHO, but while I was on a test drive in one on the lot with Ms. Wallace, the one you had in the showroom that I really wanted was purchased by someone else before I got back. So Ms. Wallace immediately got to work and assured me that she would get me exactly what I wanted within a few days. And she did. In fact, when all the dust settled, I ended up with more than expected. On April 24, 2012, I became the proud owner of a brand new 2013 Ford SHO. I truly cannot put into words how happy I am with this vehicle!! It is simply FANSTASTIC!! The last vehicle I purchased previous to that was a brand new Mercedes Benz many years ago. Ms. Wallace helped me with every step of the process and made everything go extremely smoothly. She was patient, kind and just a pleasure to deal with. Even after the sale she helped me get acquainted with all the high tech gadgets and operation of the vehicle. I know that if I have any questions, I can contact her and she will assist me in any way she can. You are very fortunate to have such an outstanding employee and she is to be commended. I have to say, Jim was so patient on Saturday when my husband and I went to Paul Cerame to look for a car. I was starting my car search at this car dealer first since we have bought three other vehicl husband and I went to Paul Cerame to look for a car. I was starting my car search at this car dealer first since we have bought three other vehicles in the past from Paul Cerame and were happy with service. I must have walked Jim through the lot and test drove several vehicle for over 4 hours. Jim never complained- even with his bad foot- he got keys for whatever car I wanted to look at. During my test drive of the Ford Fusion, my husband brought up the fact that I was going to test some other cars at a couple of other dealers for a couple of other cars I had my eye on - Chevy Impala,Buick LaCross and some other vehicle. Jim was so persistant he said " I have an Impala and a LaCross you can test drive. I kind of laughed and said, can you sell a motorcycle we have as well- he just laughed. Jim reasurred me that if I have any problems out of the car I purchased ( 2011 Chevy Impala) to come and see him personally. I never felt any pressure or need to buy from Jim even after all the time he spent with me that day. We got there at 11:00am and left after signing papers at 4:00 pm. What a day!
