We were delighted with the service that we received at Cerame. We came in looking for a car to replace our Ford Freestyle which has been undriveable for the last year. We are a family of five that survi Cerame. We came in looking for a car to replace our Ford Freestyle which has been undriveable for the last year. We are a family of five that survived a year with one car. We were hoping that the Freestyle would be recalled because of transmission problems. After living for a year with one car, we decided that it was time to find something new. We still owed $8700 on the 2006 Freestyle so we were concerned that we would not be approved for a new car. Chuck and Doug worked very hard trying to rectify our Freestyle issue. We are extremely happy that we now have a new Ford Fusion with a five year warranty. We have know the Lawless family for many years and our first purchase from Chuck was an Expedition EL in 2009. It's been a wonderful car, no problems and EVERYTHING we asked, including a 2 wheel drive whi first purchase from Chuck was an Expedition EL in 2009.
