When we got to Paul Cerame we were greeted by your sales rep Jim Hill. He was very friendly and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. After showing us several vehicles we settled on a Ford. Throughout the process Mr. Hill was very informative and helpful. We did not feel any pressure and no game playing with the price. The whole process was very easy.
