I made a couple of visits to Paul Cerame Ford over the last couple of months while trying to make up my mind about the options and color I wanted on a 2013 Explorer Limited. I worked with Ed Meadows and he remembered me from my first visit two months prior. I found him to be knowledgeable and he did not attempt to pressure me on the sale. I did not feel that I was being rushed to make a decision and was able to view the vehicles I was interested in. When I made my decision on the options I wanted, he located the exact vehicle I wanted and had it ready for delivery within a couple of days. Ed was also very capable when it came to explaining the various options that came on my Explorer. More

Honestly, I usually hate all salesmen at any dealership. I'm a straight forward customer and want a straight forward salesperson to answer my questions of what we can or can't do. To sum it up, Mike Supp was none of that. He done a fine job with showing us your product, answering our questions, and fair negotiations. Living in Illinois and buying a vehicle in Missouri is a pain in the xxx, but I will give Mike a chance for my business again on my next vehicle passing up my local Illinois dealers on the way to your dealership in Missouri.
