Recently I returned to my neighborhood Ford dealership prepaired to do battle. I am more than pleased to admit that I was wrong. The treatment was as good as you get at the luxury car dealerships. I went to Paul Cerame on a rainy Saturday morning, September 1, 2012 to be exact. Ed opened the door for me as I came in, he first asked if I was looking for someone specific and I told him no, I exp September 1, 2012 to be exact. I went with the intentions on buying a used Ford Edge, something that was in my budget however, I drove off with a Lincoln MKZ and I'm loving it!!! I chose Paul Cerame because of their professionalism and the fact that my mother has bought all of her cars there as well. I must say I was very impressed with how I was treated and oh did I fail to mention that on that rainy Saturday morning they also fed me, they had me right there and didn't even know it!
