Initially reaching out for more information via Internet sales, we received a prompt and efficient reply from Sharon Jorde who answered all our questions, and provided options to consider that were readily available at the dealership. That evening we stopped in to view and test drive, and we also brought our vehicle to be evaluated for trade in. Jim Kelly greeted us with an engaging and personable style, and we immediately learned that he lived in our neighborhood and went to school with our son and daughter. He took us out for a test drive of the Subaru Crosstrek that had all the features we were looking for and he was very informative; clearly very knowledgable. In the meantime, Jerry Cadorette worked his magic on getting a quote for our trade-in and financing. He was also from the local area, so we enjoyed cordial conversation about the goings on in the community. After spending one hour at the Patriot Subaru dealership, we purchased the Crosstrek and picked it up the next morning all registered and pristine...once again greeted by the entire team, Sharon, Jim and Jerry. While no dealer had the exact Subaru Outback in stock in the color and option packages I was seeking, Sharon Jorde from internet sales called me right away to tell me that a car to my exact specifications could be ordered. I then spoke with the manager James who told me that he could order the car and help me with a rock bottom price. In one phone call, we settled on the price since I had already listed my specifications through True Car. Sharon was fantastic keeping me up to date on the status of my order. She aided me in arranging financiing, navigating the insurance, trading in my well-loved used vehicle and preparing so that I could come in to the dealer *once* on the day of the actual purchase. It was so easy, we actually purchased the vehicle three days after I returned home from the hospital following the birth of our new daughter! Everything was ready on my arrival for the delivery (of the car, that is!). James, the manager, and Frank in finance were very friendly and efficient. Great Car Purchasing Experience!!! My experience started over a little more than 2 months ago as I began looking into the Subaru Outback after surviving a record breaking winter season. My experience started over a little more than 2 months ago as I began looking into the Subaru Outback after surviving a record breaking winter season. I actually test drove the Outback at another dealership just to get a feel for the drive as I knew I could not deal with another harsh winter. I then went through USAA and their car dealer services to see what was available out on the market. I received a call from Patriot Subaru and began working with them. Tonya built me a car from the ground up and made me aware that it could take anywhere from 8-12 weeks for the car to arrive. About 8 weeks later I get an email from Sharon Jorde letting me know that my car was arriving in port and then would be at the dealership several days later. My wife and I picked up the car yesterday and only met Sharon for the 1st time at that point. She made the process as easy and seamless as possible. She was personable and fun to work with. She answered all questions and brought us on a tour of the facility at which point my wife had to bring me to work. My wife went back to pick up the car and finalize everything and I am told she left with a grin from ear to ear. Thank you Patriot Subaru!!!!!!!!! More

Along came James Mcewen and made it all possible for me with a decent amt for my trade and he got me as close as I wanted to be monthly..
