I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 and didn’t leave until 12:45 and that was only because I finally asked if my car was ready. I picked up my vehicle and drove it home, then discovered my glove compartment was sitting it the passenger floorboard. I changed my own oil for 30+ years - I checked the oil when I got home and it was the same level as when I last changed it. I went in for a new oil pressure sensor to be installed at my request. I wax “REQUIRED” to pay $200 for the vehicle inspection. Then to top it off, I was charged a 3% “FEE” to pay with my credit card. I won’t be coming back for service or a new vehicle. More
