I can’t stand taking my truck up there you take to long then don’t fix the actual problem four days later I get my truck back the problem isn’t fixed so I take it back I’m told sorry Chrysler doesn’t have then don’t fix the actual problem four days later I get my truck back the problem isn’t fixed so I take it back I’m told sorry Chrysler doesn’t have a fix for your radio to bad now you owe us a diagnostic fee I say I don’t think so you didn’t fix the problem I originally brought it in for then you waved the fee I get my truck back not fixed just a to bad I hate this dealership. I would call up there to service no answer leave a vm an entire day would go by no response I had to call to parts department to get someone to answer then they would have to walk over to service and tell them to answer the phone. Not one time I called and service would answer the phone what a xxxx company do better. More

I took in my 2026 Rocky Ridge 2500 for first service. I asked about the recommended maintenance for the lift kit, assembly and added shocks and they knew nothing about it. They said they had someone that I asked about the recommended maintenance for the lift kit, assembly and added shocks and they knew nothing about it. They said they had someone that knew something about it before I left the truck with them. About 2 hours later they said it was ready. I asked them what they did for this and they said the mechanic took care of it. Asked what they did and basically he said what needed to be done. Still not sure what was done. There were marks all around the edges of the hood opening where they leaned over to change to oil and do whatever maintenance. The tires all were not filled to spec. They were all 3-5 psi away from each other. So disappointing after spending over $100,000.00 on this vehicle. Very disappointed. —Paul J Tritsch More

DON’T RECOMMEND! Attempted to get a few things fixed and only had 2 out of the 4 things fixed even though I was told I would be getting it all done.
