Lighting problem I needed work done on my GMC Acadia and was nervous about going to a dealer for service. From the first phone call I made to schedule the appointment I needed work done on my GMC Acadia and was nervous about going to a dealer for service. From the first phone call I made to schedule the appointment until the moment I drove away, I received better care than I’d received anywhere else to date. Exceptional customer service When I go to a dealership I have expectations, the staff are to be personable but not pushy, have knowledge of there inventory and overall familiarity When I go to a dealership I have expectations, the staff are to be personable but not pushy, have knowledge of there inventory and overall familiarity with the cars they are trying to sell. Sean had all of these qualities and It was a pleasure having him aid and assist me in what the best vehicle would fit my needs. I am not a very easy person to deal with and Sean was able to handle my indisiveness.
