If you are returning your vehicle from an old lease with mileage overage and getting into a new lease, make sure that you DO NOT sign any paperwork until you speak with GM Financial to review the overage. I mileage overage and getting into a new lease, make sure that you DO NOT sign any paperwork until you speak with GM Financial to review the overage. I made the mistake of returning my 2014 Equinox with mileage overage and leased a new 2020 Equinox. I was prepared just to buy the 2014 Equinox because I was over the miles by 10,000+ miles. I was assured by Patriot Chevrolet that my $2,600 payment would cover all overages and take care of my old lease. I received an additional bill from GM Financial for an additional $500 to get out of the old lease - $3100 to get out of my old lease!!!!! I would have purchased the 2014 Equinox to not pay so much - ugh! Don't trust them! More
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JUNK YARD!! I have an email stating, from their online guy, that the inventory online is not what they have in the lot. Bait and switch all day long! Told me to come up and see stating, from their online guy, that the inventory online is not what they have in the lot. Bait and switch all day long! Told me to come up and see a bunch of trucks that I was looking at only to find THEY HAD NONE!! Sales guy tells me that the online guys do this all the time!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND EXTREMELY UNETHICAL!! More

Service Dept. never fixed issue I purchased 3 vehicles from Patriot in 4 years. I bought a Silverado and 8 months later the air conditioning started blowing hot air. I brought it in I purchased 3 vehicles from Patriot in 4 years. I bought a Silverado and 8 months later the air conditioning started blowing hot air. I brought it in for repair, the first “fix” ($400) and Cold lasted 1 day, then hot air again.. had to bring it back, (rent a car) and they looked at it Again.. Now they found the Problem, a leak! The part was not in stock and would be a week out. (90degree heat days) . Brought it back about 10days later, (rent another car) Patriot kept the truck for 2 days (another $500.00).. I get the truck back and the very next day, HOT AIR!! I schedule ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. Now they found the “real Problem “.. Patriot said I would need to bring back a 5th Time and pay another $1000.00 for the “right” part to fix it.... I have not been back, $1000.00 out of pocket (plus rentals) and still No Air Conditioning... Stay away from Patriot, if they treat loyal customers like this, imaginary how they treat new customers. Totally Rude and Inept I leased new 2017 Equinox which has had a multitude of issues none of which were ever addressed by the service department. The on board navigation sy I leased new 2017 Equinox which has had a multitude of issues none of which were ever addressed by the service department. The on board navigation system was not working properly and their solution was to just use my phone for directions??? I am now paying ONSTAR monthly. .The car had three inches of water on the floor.. They claimed there was a spider web in an air conditioning line, They rolled down the windows and set it outside to dry out. When I questioned why the car was full of leaves, I was told that the detail department was to busy to clean the carpets and mold on the seats. I found another dealership after there was an electrical issue (most likely due to the water) who fixed all of the warranty issues and changed the oil for the very first time (2019) after the service dept. at Patriot refused to make an appointment for me with the comment that they did not have to service it anymore because I wasn't nice? Spent a LOT of money and regret it everyday Let me tell you about my experience at Patriot in 2017. I spent over 50k for a 2015 Tahoe LTZ, which had problems almost from day 1. My salesperson Let me tell you about my experience at Patriot in 2017. I spent over 50k for a 2015 Tahoe LTZ, which had problems almost from day 1. My salesperson was let go for some reason within a month of me buying it so my calls went unanswered. Follow up parts promised took a month to be installed - after I had to call and follow up yet again. 2 tires promised at signature, and they did not want to honor, only when I showed the signed agreement did they honor them. Then, after a couple months, the 2 front shocks went on the vehicle. Probably a known issue as after months of wrangling with them, they made me pay for the cost of the shocks and they ate the labor. I bought the wheel warranty, but the wheel warranty doesn't cover corrosion which was not communicated to me at sales "pitch" for add on warranties. In fact I was told - "Wheel warranties cover EVERYTHING, even flat tires". That was a straight up LIE. I am not even sure how all 4 wheel corrode after 3 years "in the elements" - where do they think wheels are? Again - probably a recurring issue on a lot of Chevrolet's. I have had it in there 3 times now for slow leaks and they cannot fix the tire leaks without ME replacing all 4 rims even with this phantom wheel warranty. Probably a $4000 bill. They said "yeah, the wheel warranty doesn't cover corrosion" - No sorry, no lets come to middle ground, lets go to bat on your behalf with the warranty company. My problem is as much the car as it is the whole dealership experience. When you spend a great deal of money, you expect a great deal of service. The manufacturer should stand behind their product and the dealership should stand behind the sales experience. They should value what you have given them and should work to keep you coming back for the next vehicle. Neither is happening here. I will never buy another Chevrolet, and I will never recommend Patriot to anyone. And that is a shame, as it could have been avoided by both Chevrolet and Patriot. From Day 1 it has felt like they just didn't care after I signed the paper. Warranties are a joke and only cover very specific items, make sure you read the small print and get written clarification on everything you are questioning about warranties. Wheel warranties only cover very specific items about those wheels. Ripped seats are only up to a certain rip size. They will hide that from you so you sign and then learn it on your own and then they will not stand behind it. They do not care. They only want to move the cars off their lots, they do not care about who is buying and what their experience is like. More
