By far worst car buying experience I have ever experienced. I drove from Texas to purchase a vehicle from patriot after calling and setting and appointment to drive and purchase the truck.. Got there and the truck was sold and I was never notified. ended up in a vehicle I didnt really want but needed at the time. after 4 hours of waiting around finally go through the financing. after everything was agreed upon and getting back home I try to get my tags from the dmv and im told theres a $3400 charge to get my tags because the dealer failed to put the TTL into the financing agreement. would never recommend the dealership to anyone from any state More

I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on may 22 and when I bought it the oil pump was messed up so they had to replace it so I didn’t even get to take the jeep home for over a week once we took 22 and when I bought it the oil pump was messed up so they had to replace it so I didn’t even get to take the jeep home for over a week once we took it home a week later we took it to get a alinement because it was pulling bad to the right, we got it back and went home and it was still pulling so we took it back and they said they did everything they could so we left and went home and it was still pulling. My husband came down with some health issues so we had to take a break from everything and figure out that issue well yesterday we took the jeep back to a dealership yesterday to get it looked at again to see why it was pulling and they said everything looked fine with the alinement and wanted to know if it had ever had front end damage. We of course said no or at least we didn’t think so because the dealership we bought it from never disclosed that it had. A salesman at this dealership we went to yesterday looked at the carfax of this jeep and informed us that this jeep had in fact been wrecked and had front end damage in April of 2018. We were never told by the dealership (patriot Chevrolet) that this vehicle was in-fact in a wreck. This isn’t okay with me because I am pregnant and was pregnant when I bought this vehicle which they were aware of and told them I was in need of something reliable and I was sold a 37000 dollar vehicle that was wrecked and knowingly had issues. They also did not sell me the vehicle for the price they had on their website they sold it to me for a few thousand dollars more. This is not the first issue I have had with this dealership and I will definitely be getting in touch with the GM to hopefully get this issue taken care of before taking further action More
