The old man driving had wrecked it on the way, and they promised to fix it. After months of calls being ignored, texting ignored and being hung up on. I went to the BBB, and they reached out. The personnel I had previously dealt with is no longer employed there, and the new staff has taken care of me 110%, and that's why they get a 5-star.
