Worst Dealership Ever Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Bought a Certified pre-owned Cadillac. Bought the vehicle June 29th, Upon doing all the paperwork I asked how will I get my tags and plates since we live in Texas, I was assured everything would be sent to our local tag office and we would simply go pickup. After numerous calls and emails to Katie with no response of where my tags were, I am told the dealerships bank account had been hacked and they could not write the check to pay for the Oklahoma title to send to our Texas tag office. I called several times to talk to GM Robbie Birnie, he said he would take care of the problem that day after over 6 weeks of trying to get answers. Instead of sending the paperwork to tag office they sent direct to my house. I took off work and stood in line 3 hours at the local tag office to find out the didn't withhold the TT&L for my vehicle and I owed all that before I could get registered in Texas. I made a call and got finance manager Dakota, he was very rude and said that is my responsibility and they didn't have to take TT&L out. I demanded to talk to Robbie Birnie again. Robbie said he would have to go back and listen to the tape of the transaction. I asked "tape" he said yes all transactions are recorded and filmed. This is news to me that this was done without our knowledge, and I am sure is not legal. After reviewing tape he said they did no wrong doing even after I specifically asked at signing if this was all taken care of. He told me there are two sides to each story and he was willing to pay half of my TT&L and overnight me a check. We feel like the whole amount should have been covered by the dealership, but I accepted to get my vehicle registered since plates had been expired six weeks. So the check that was to be overnighted showed up a week later. During this time I realized the Title application that the dealership sent me was not filled out with my Cadillac information but that of a GMC Canyon. So they had to overnight the correct form for my vehicle also. Robbie emailed and said his people figured the dollar amount for 50% of my TT&L and sent it. When I go down to pay I was out more cash because their check didn't cover the 50%. I paid and finally got my vehicle registered in Texas. I emailed Robbie one last time and scanned him a receipt for all I had to pay and asked if would they cover the shortage, I received an email confirmation that he read the email that day. That was 2 weeks ago and has never responded........he is done with us. I have bought numerous vehicles from numerous dealerships and this by far is the absolute worst experience, very poor communication for a dealership with very poor management. Banner in front of dealership reads "Under New Management", boy did they miss their mark with this group they hired!! Better hang sign back up and rehire another management team. More
Good dealership I was pleasantly surprised by how much they worked with me on getting the price and payment where I wanted it... I would recommend the salesman Lane f I was pleasantly surprised by how much they worked with me on getting the price and payment where I wanted it... I would recommend the salesman Lane for sure. People were pleasant and atmosphere was good as well.. Only two things I would say otherwise: 1. Maybe more Efficient with time, doing test drives, etc and trade in value at same time. 2. I signed for a deal that included 90 days no paymentI. Paperwork didn’t include that in the end but I was running late so I never got it changed. Also not sure about the Sirius membership either. Overall way better than the other few I dealt with recently and would recommend them for sure. More
No Response to a Simple Inquiry I am an out of state potential purchaser so if your local your experience might be different. Fenton had the truck with the exact options I was looking for at a great advertised price. So, I put an online request on Sunday evening and got a call from their customer service rep on Monday. She was very nice and helpful. She said she was going to pass my info along to a salesperson. Tuesday I get a call from salesman "L". Unfortunately, I missed his call and he left me a voicemail. I called him back and was told he was at lunch. I left a message with the receptionist to have him call me. I did not receive a call back, so I called later in the afternoon and he was gone for the day. So Weds comes and I call early in the morning and am finally able to speak to salesman "L". He seemed nice and I gave him my information. Said he would call me back. I never received a call or email, so I called back late that afternoon. The receptionist was able to speak to "L" and the truck I was interested in apparently sold..no big deal, but you could have called. I asked the receptionist to have him call me about the availability of another truck. Later Weds evening I get a generic email from the general manager "R" about how they are having great sales and need to meet quotas...typically dealer emails. I decide to reply asking about availability and pricing information. Never got a reply or call back. Thursday comes around and I get a text from a receptionist. I tell her I am no longer interested in doing business based on the poor customer service. She apologized and said she will have information for me within an hour, as she didn't want to lose my business. Shockingly it has been over 24 hours and nothing. I don't care if a truck sold or if the internet price is BS. I just wanted some information. I don't understand what is so hard about letting someone know if a truck is available or not and an price estimate. It takes a minute to send a short email, text, or phone call. It is ridiculous. I have purchased 12 cars in my short lifetime and never had such bad service to such a simply inquiry. More
Don't Waste Your Time - Can't trust a word they say! Just don't do it - they will say anything to get you in the door. I personally drove over 2 hours to buy a vehicle - called ahead of time - had them Just don't do it - they will say anything to get you in the door. I personally drove over 2 hours to buy a vehicle - called ahead of time - had them pull my credit - thought we had completely negotiated the deal - BUT - when I got there - everything was different. I even had texts from them that assured me the finer details of the negotiated deal were handled. The BDC reps will tell you anything and the salesmen were rude when I asked them to explain why I wasn't getting the deal that was worked out earlier in the day. The salesman even quoted a higher price than what they have the vehicle listed for on the internet; I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. They didn't like it when I called them out on that either. I never made it past the salesman to the F&I person who I think could have worked the deal out. Those salesmen were doing everything in their power to reach in my pocket and take more money. Giving the pre-owned center a 1-star is generous. Do yourself a favor drive to OKC - you will get a better deal. More
