Go Anywhere Else. We purchased a used vehicle on December 1, 2018. I fought for over a month to get my title paperwork and finally had to park myself in the lobby and We purchased a used vehicle on December 1, 2018. I fought for over a month to get my title paperwork and finally had to park myself in the lobby and refuse to leave without it before I was given the paperwork. Also, at the time of the purchase, we were given 2 key fobs and later discovered that one of the fobs did not work and indeed had the wrong mechanical key part for the vehicle. We received a "we owe" statement. The service department had my vehicle for at least a week at one point so that they could take the car to the Mitsubishi dealership in another town for the key. Somehow that fell through and I got my vehicle back. I was told at that time that they were working on setting up business with another Mitsubishi dealership in another town and I would be contacted when they had my part available. I spoke with the service department again this morning (3/27/19) and apparently the key is finally in, despite having not heard from them in over a month. I will believe it when it's in my hand. I do NOT recommend this dealership for sales OR service. More
They’re very professional. Very helpful and knowledgeable about my truck. Liars I went in on Saturday and the service was horrible. I walked in, a group of sales people were sitting in a conference area and just looked at me. I asked about a 2018 GMC Canyon I saw online and someone said they would come out in a couple of minutes to help. Ten minutes later, a different guy, finally came out. I test drove the canyon, which I'd already decided on based off a few months of research, just waiting on a good price. And started to negotiate price. It was a 2018 model they had on the lot since May of 2018, and now it is February 2019. The first offer they made me was the MSRP amount. The price they had online (their own personal website) was 28,700. The lowest they would go was 32,500. We walked out. We went to Sherman, TX to another dealership, found a GMC Canyon, 2019, which already had the spray bed liner in it and tinted widows. They sold it 1,000 dollars less than what they advertised on their website and 1,500 dollars less than what Fenton was offering me a 2018 model without bedliner and tinted windows. Awful experience at Fenton. More
Best experience buying a vehicle i have had. Skyler was good at her job, had the knowledge one should in her job. She worked hard to get a Great deal on are trade inn, and same for the new truck Skyler was good at her job, had the knowledge one should in her job.
