Incompetent mechanic Took my hummer in to have a recall repair done pertaining to ac wiring. Less than a week later my ac stops working correctly it begins cutting in and Took my hummer in to have a recall repair done pertaining to ac wiring. Less than a week later my ac stops working correctly it begins cutting in and out. Take it back to have it rechecked thinking maybe a wire came loose. Half a day in the shop they tell us there is nothing wrong with wiring but the blower motor is out and not covered under warranty so we decline repairs while we look for solutions and are billed $130 for diagnosis. That night we pull the blower motor in prep to replace it with one we found much less but decide to have it tested first....guess what it works perfectly! More investigating and it is wiring after all. So I have just been charged $130 for a false and obviously very incorrect diagnosis. Not happy, returned today and show them their print out , show them the working blower motor and show the bad wiring and get told oh well that's part of it we dont test both sides.....you should be ashamed still the same old crooks as before. I don't mind paying for good work when I owe but I do take issue with paying for bad diagnosis incorrect work when they know it and refuse to refund or do anything. The wiring issue is covered by my warranty but we have now just been completely blown off.....do not trust these guys I will be driving to the city from now on! More
