I’ve been here roughly 4 times I. The last year. Every time they have told me, “There’s a recall on your truck, but we do t have the parts. We will let you know when we get the parts in.” Well, a year lat time they have told me, “There’s a recall on your truck, but we do t have the parts. We will let you know when we get the parts in.” Well, a year later, the part finally “broke” and guess what... “We don’t have that part. It’ll be two weeks before we get it in. But you can keep driving your truck. It won’t cause any damage.” I said, “But I can only drive 30 mph!” They said, “That’s ok. It won’t ruin anything.” And sent me on my way! Why haven’t you fixed it in the last year?!?!?! More
