Honest, Personable, and Not Pushy Shawn was awesome to work with over at Bob Moore. Bob Moore was our first stop of several that day, however, after talking with Shawn, I realized that I would be hard pressed to find a more honest sales associate. Shawn was great in that he let us figure out which models we wanted to pursue, without trying to make the decision for us. I asked to look at three different models, he snagged the keys, and allowed my wife and I as much time as we wanted to look into the details differentiated each package. We ultimately decided to test drive two of them, and locked in on the model we wanted to get. Shawn's manager, Tim, was the second person I interacted with at the dealership. Though the manager is often aloof when car shopping, Tim was ready to greet customers with a solid handshake. When we ultimately honed in on the 2014 Dodge Caravan R/T, Tim and I arranged a deal to purchase the vehicle that evening. After our deal was arranged, Shawn showed me over to Hal in finance. Hal took the time to research and find the best financing available for us. He was then very open with who he believed would be the best option for us, and if there was a better financing deal was available, I know Hal would have found it. Overall, it was a one-stop-shop for us. Though we had plans to keep visiting other dealerships, Bob Moore had the vehicles we wanted to see at a price we wanted to pay. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and I now have a go-to dealer in Tulsa. See you on the road! -Tabor More

Won't buy anywhere else! Never hassled or pressured We have bought two vehicles in the last year or so from Bob Moore and will continue to come back! My husband had a minor issue with his ram 2500 and the repair was covered under warranty in 30 minutes or less! If you are looking to buy and don't want to be hassled or toyed with, this is the place to go. I have had nothing but 100% satisfaction and have never been disappointed! More

We needed another key for our 2007, 1 ton dodge truck as the wifes key would not work except to open the doors. A security program written into the key would not let the truck run except for a few seconds the wifes key would not work except to open the doors. We went to the dealer that we purchased the truck from and they wanted 225 to make another one and needed to have the truck. Not very helpful or friendly. we happened to be driving past Bob Moore Dodge Jeep Ram of tulsa on Thursday with the truck and decided to pull in and see what they would charge for a new key. The service manager said he could match their price and would also see if the key not working could be reprogramed. We had a 30 minute wait in the waiting room that was very comfortable with drinks and snacks. we left very happy with the service and three working keys as the one not working did reprogram. I've taken my Crossfire roadster to this dealership since purchasing it there several years ago. I can't way enough about the knowledgeable service staff. When I decided I needed to trade in my CUV, I since purchasing it there several years ago. I can't way enough about the knowledgeable service staff. When I decided I needed to trade in my CUV, I researched the Journey. A nationwide search on Dodge's corporate website found an exact match to my vehicle requirements at this same dealership. Alan's sales technique was an awesome experience. I was treated with respect, felt I was listened to and my opinion mattered. He showed me every last detail I needed to drive my 2014 Journey off the lot. What a great staff all around. A very pleasant experience. My Crossfire mechanic even stopped in to visit and congratulate me. More
