They even handled my vehicles extended warranty information so I didn't have to think about a thing. Service on my dodge pickup I made an appointment to have the drivers side power window repaired on my 2008 dodge Dakota repaired. I got the p/u in at 9am and informed the serv I made an appointment to have the drivers side power window repaired on my 2008 dodge Dakota repaired. I got the p/u in at 9am and informed the service advisor, who seemed unaware of my appointment, of my extended warranty which we discussed. At 4pm he called and gave me a price for the repair and informed me they would have to order the parts. He was totally unaware of the extended warranty we had discussed. I got a call from the service advisor the next day at 3:30 informing my the vehicle was ready. I don't understand why a Dodge dealer would not have a part for a Dodge p/u , or why it would take a day to determine what the problem was , or why it would take almost all day to replace the part. We are not talking an engine rebuild just a small power window motor. My wife has been happy with service here under old ownership but I was disappointed. More

2013 dodge dart November 16th 2013 I bought a dodge dart from Bob Moore dodge of Tulsa, I had a trade in that had some negative equity on it and I was okay with them November 16th 2013 I bought a dodge dart from Bob Moore dodge of Tulsa, I had a trade in that had some negative equity on it and I was okay with them tacking it on to the new car, the 2013 Dodge Dart I priced them online through several dealerships even their own dealership for 15,500 and I was out the door for 17,900 out the door, plus my trade which put me over 25,000 at a 21% interest, I would not complain about this but my car has been in the shop several times 3 times for my radio, and 4 or 5 times for my Steering (Rack and Pinion) I was told that on the 4th time they would buy my car back, I was then in the shop again after this and then they came up with another reason why they wouldn't buy the car back, I am very unsatisfied of being a customer with this store, I would not recommend this store to any of my family or friends, they have not given me no reason to recommend them, I however would recommend them if they would buy the car back and put me into another dodge dart of equal value or higher ex: Limited, they wont even work with me on this keep telling me there is nothing they can do for me More
