My car was towed two times in one week. It was supposedly "fixed" and I picked it up four times in the same week because it was "not fixed" and I had to keep returning it. Now we are maybe three weeks out from the last break down and I'm having to be towed again. Same issue. This car was just purchased 7 months ago from this dealership. I'm not happy at all...period. WHEN I BROUGHT THE JEEP IN FOR THE WARRANTY WORK AND THE DEFROST RECALL, I WAS TOLD THERE IS ANOTHER RECALL THAT NEEDS TO BE HANDLED, BUT, THE PART WAS NOT IN STOCK. HOWEVER, DANIEL ASSURRED ME THAT HE WAS DEFROST RECALL, I WAS TOLD THERE IS ANOTHER RECALL THAT NEEDS TO BE HANDLED, BUT, THE PART WAS NOT IN STOCK. HOWEVER, DANIEL ASSURRED ME THAT HE WAS ON TOP OF IT AND WOULD CONTACT ME. THAT WAS ON MAR. 11, 2024. TODAY IS MAR. 28. IT'S BEEN 17 DAYS.
