Poor records-keeping, poor service, billing mistakes. For three years and until two years ago, I had excellent service from this dealer. In the last two years, they routinely make mistakes on the billing (always in their favor). They also damaged my new Jeep then denied it. They finally fixed it a few months after it happened. I brought my car in for an oil change and then found out much later that they completed a recall while it was there for that particular visit but never changed the oil. The waiting area had a variety of drinks and snacks in the past, but no more. You can have coffee or tap water - and no soft drinks or bottled water. Snacks and soft drinks are only available out in the service bay in a congested service area with lots of traffic. My Jeep is a great car - at least once all the software upgrades were done. When I bought my Jeep, I thought the price was fair. More

The salesman Randy was really great when it came to explaining the differences between two jeeps I looked at as well as answering questions about all included features on each vehicle. Randy was very respectful during the whole process. It did however take over four hours to complete purchasing the car, which was longer than I had anticipated. Also, there was no price negotiation. When my fiancé and I tried to negotiate on the price we were told no negotiation would be done due to the rebate that had already been applied to the price. In the end, the price was very reasonable and we were more than satisfied with the jeep we purchased. We also traded in an old jeep, which Randy made a very simple, painless process. The only thing I would have changed was the actual financial part. Hal did a great job of explaining the basic warranties included and all additional warranty options that were offered, but basically skipped over what the payments would be without any extras. We were told we would have several loan options from several banks, but none of the loan options were shown to us or explained. We were simply given the interest rate and payment plan without much input on picking a lender or interest rate, which leaves some questions about whether or not we actually got the best loan possible for us. When I completed the kbb instant cash off Bob Moore was one of the first to show interest so after picking out a few option a in there inventory I piled the family into the car and headed down. Our salesman was Bill Watkins and I have to say he was thè best salesman I have had. He listened to what I was looking for and for a salesman to actually listen is amazing. We test drove two models and decided on a newer ram 1500 crew cab. After the deal was set trade in done I was amazed to still see some daylight. Normally buying a car is a whole day wasked but not here folks it was amazing how quick friendly and honest these folks were. I know when my wife and I are back in the market we will be heading here. More
