Went well overall. Seemed there was an issue with the prices from online compared to in person due to software updates on the LMS. James the Lube Mechanic really did me a solid when the truck was not fixed after I paid and picked the truck up the truck and it was was stuck in manual mode. I drove it to the highway and turned it back to the dealer before getting on. The service dept was closed, but James jumped in voluntarily and managed to get me a loaner while the service was closed. James got me a nice Loaner at that, which really helped the transition. Alsothe lady in payroll worked with me afterhours. Thank you for working with me while my truck was down unexpectedly throughout the weekend and into Monday. Ryan Scott was great to work with as well. When we went in everything was great got approved quickly. However, at the end they needed more info from me because I am a server and make cash tips which are not on my checks.. so I have gave them quickly.
