Service Rep Sean Chapman I was prepared to spend up to $3,000 to make my 2006 Jeep safe and attractive for my 16 year old grandson. Took my jeep in for 3 recall, oil change and complete check up. Sean Chapman started out by giving me the wrong phone number was extremely had to get in touch with had to call main number and ask to speak to a Supervisor but operator only located him and never got me with his Supervisor, was told my car was finished but still at the dealership 7-8-17 after being there since 6-28-17. I had planned to purchase a new jeep in two year when my grandson is ready for college but will not be buying it from Bob Moore More

Tracey in finance is informative, not pushy and wants the best for his customers. I will send family and friends their way for purchases. The only reason I give the experience a 4/5 is in the end I did not like the interest rate for my vehicle, but they worked hard to make everything else the best they could. Thank you. More
Great experience I have bought 3 different vehicles at 3 different dealerships in the Tulsa area within the last 3 years and Bob Moore was by far the best experience I I have bought 3 different vehicles at 3 different dealerships in the Tulsa area within the last 3 years and Bob Moore was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealer. John Winfield was an excellent salesman, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and not pushy at all - he let the cars speak for themselves during the test drive. These guys also helped me get the best financing possible, even though Capital One did not honor the APR quoted to me during pre-approval. Tracey Dean was also wonderful to work with and really helped us to understand the additional options available during purchase without being pushy or overbearing. More
Bait and switch I saw a 2013 Chevy Cruze for $7900 on the internet, when I received a confirmation from Ryan Kimble the price was $8400, then I was told by some woman I saw a 2013 Chevy Cruze for $7900 on the internet, when I received a confirmation from Ryan Kimble the price was $8400, then I was told by some woman in the sales department that the price increase was due to "Market fluctuation", within one hour! Incompetent service MANAGER Bob Moore needs to find someone who is compelled to do his job as tge service manager. Most all reviews including mine were negative regarding the service department. The parts department should be looked at as well. Ordering the right part always helps if your going to install them.. These are suppose to be professionals. Not shade tree mechanics. More
