Service department is evidently understaffed: • I had an 8 AM appointment and arrived just before 8. The garage was full and I had to wait 15 minutes along with another customer to even get in the service d 8 AM appointment and arrived just before 8. The garage was full and I had to wait 15 minutes along with another customer to even get in the service door. • There was only one writing service advisor so there was another 10 minutes while he helped another customer. • I had what I recalled as a prepaid synthetic oil service and tire rotation. I ended up with not synthetic oil and had to pay $20 for my tire rotation. I only run synthetic in my vehicles. • The total wait time was 2 hours. What Express Lube are you guys referencing? More
