Jesse Conroy was the sales rep I worked with, he was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the technical features and apps available, navigation, weather, traffic conditions and other features. The sales part was a breeze, I wanted the car! The finance part was also short and sweet, I had a trade in which was quickly appraised and I accepted their offer. I paid the balance with a check. You still have to sign several papers and listen to the offers for extended warranties and such but it went quick. Once I got the car home I noticed a few things I had missed at the dealership, I sent a email to Jesse and he quickly responded and answered by questions. It was one of my best car buying experiences! More

Easy buying experience This was probably the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish they were more knowledgeable on the usb working of the car. My daughters main main request was that the car have a USB port, the Kia has this however because of the Apple product she uses we have to purchase a specific cord to use the port. More

Not at all my experience with Bob Moore and his wonderful staff. My initial contact was through the Internet Manager, Jacqueline Ellis, who provided quick responses to my queries. Once I had decided upon a particular vehicle; I was turned over to the very competent hands of Lucas Sanko. In addition to the reduced online price that I had been quoted; Mr. Sanko inquired as to my zip code and proceeded to give me an additional discount relevant to that information. I indicated to Mr. Sanko that I had already secured financing and insurance for the truck in question and he asked when my husband and I would be coming to pick up the vehicle so he could be properly respectful of our time and have the truck all ready to go on our arrival. It was amazing to be greeted that afternoon by the sight of my new truck, nicely detailed and awaiting my inspection and Mr. Sanko's advance preparation of the required documentation. The remaining process was short and sweet ~ no feelings of trepidation or pressure. Best of all I obtained the exact truck that I desired with no additional options that were forced down my throat as my local Fort Smith dealership is wont to do. The practice of Breeden Dodge of Fort Smith, AR, is to buy a lower priced vehicle, send it to California Customs and jack up the end price by roughly $10K. How do I know this my husband asks those types of questions. The 2 hour drive to Tulsa, OK from our home in Alma, AR was well worth the satisfaction arising out of this purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to make a great deal on the vehicle of their dreams. More
