Two days later got a call, had to go back up to the lot and resummit app and ended up paying more for the car.. I slightly okay with getting ripped off because my old family car got wrecked and the other guys did not have insurance. And they took advantage of me with that said. I would not advise any of my friends to go. They are friendly and manipulative. More
I gave the ratings I gave because I had a bad experience with another dealer trying to buy a truck that was not near as nice as the one I bought at Bob Moore. Chris Gallegos was able to get me and my wife i with another dealer trying to buy a truck that was not near as nice as the one I bought at Bob Moore. Chris Gallegos was able to get me and my wife into a great truck with a great price and they also gave us a great price for our trade. I will be recommending Bob Moore to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle new or used. More
Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa. I have bought multiple vehicles in my life all from different dealerships and my experience here was by far t Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tulsa. I have bought multiple vehicles in my life all from different dealerships and my experience here was by far the best. Where I live the choice for car dealers is very limited and we are pretty far from any major dealerships. Therefore, I have to do all of my “shopping” online first and then contact a dealer. The people I worked with at Bob Moore were very helpful in answering all of my questions over the phone or via email and any time they needed to look something up for me they didn't hesitate to do so and I feel as though they got back with me as soon as they could. I never felt as though they put me aside or that I came second to customers on the lot. I can tell you from experience that most dealerships don't put much effort into helping people who call in as they figure nothing will come out of it and they want to focus on the customers who are “serious enough” to come in. I did not get that feeling from this dealership at all! I feel like I was treated just as good over the phone as I would have been if I were on the lot holding cash in my hand! I wasn't asking questions about or considering one of the more expensive vehicles either. So needless to say I made the long trip down. Upon arrival I was treated very well by every person I worked with as well as other employees just passing by. When I say everyone was “friendly” I don't mean that everyone was overly excited to see me and in my face hoping to get my money like the people at most dealerships! It was more like friendly people just being nice. I NEVER at any time felt pressured to buy a “nicer” or more expensive car or felt pressured to add accessories and packages that I didn't want. They let me choose the vehicle I wanted and worked with me in every way possible to get me the payments I wanted. I have been to plenty of dealerships where you tell them what you want and they attempt to convince you that “what you really want” is a vehicle that costs twice as much ! I was VERY pleased that they didn't try this. The experience I had here was what I wanted and not what I expected. I always assume that a car dealership is going to leave a bad taste in my mouth for one reason or another. However, I was pleasantly surprised and would HIGHLY recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership if you are in the market for one. Additionally, after I purchased the vehicle I decided to call back and ask more questions. Again, I was treated the way I wanted to be treated and not how I expected to be treated. I assumed I would be put off for several hours or possibly days when the person I wanted to talk to didn't answer their phone. Less than 10 minutes later they called me back and politely answered all the questions I had. I figured after they made the sale I would be put on the back burner if all I needed were some questions answered but again I feel as though they took care of me just as good as if I had walked into their building. Customer since 2006. Purchased 2 new Ram 3/4 ton trucks and 1 used (chrysler certified) PT cruiser. Dealership has performed about 90% of the maint. on my first truck. On Aug. 21, 2013, purchased the last and 1 used (chrysler certified) PT cruiser. Dealership has performed about 90% of the maint. on my first truck. On Aug. 21, 2013, purchased the last new truck. Had windows tinted and polished stainless steel steps installed by the contractor (Auto Impressions) that does the work for Quinn Chrysler in Broken Arrow. The day after the steps were installed, I took the truck back to Bob Moore dealership for detailing. Something was sprayed on the stainless steps while the truck was in the pocession of the Bob Moore dealership that stained the steps. When I picked up the truck and got back to my office, I noticed the discoloration and immediately took it back to my sales rep at the dealership. We then took it back to the detailer and of course the detailer denied doing any wrong on his part. Actually my sales rep says the steps were in good (new) condition when he took the truck and the detailer says they were stained when he got it a few minutes later. While questioning the detailer I asked, since he was finished with the truck if he would go ahead and clean the tape residue off of the grill and my sales rep cleaned the inside of the windshield. I had the step installer and a manager from Tulsa Truck works what their opion was about the discoloration and both said that it was probably some kind of acidic cleaner. I made an appointment to meet with the General Manager of this dealership (Jason Baily) and show him the truck. he claimed it is heat from the exhaust system. I stated that heat would not cause streaking as liquid. He then asked what I thought the remedy should be. I stated that I just wanted them replaced, as i tried to clean the stains and they did diminish but came back. Mr. Baily then said to let him think about it and he would get back to me. He did not. After two weeks of indecision, Mr. Baily told my sales rep that my problem was not the dealerships problem as I had purchased and inferior product. The bottom line is: 1. Someone at the dealership damaged my property 2. They refuse to correct the problem 3. This truck listed for over $53,000. 4. The steps were installed for the convenience of my handi-capped wife. 5. They could have replaced the steps for probably less than $350.00 (their cost) I paid over $500.00 for an inferior product. (The managers opinion.) 6. They just lost a 7 year repeat customer and the service and maintenance on two 3/4 ton trucks. 7. CUSTOMER SERVICE? only until they paperwork is signed More
