Worst Service Department Ever! Since Management has changed over and new staff they provide horrible service. My vehicle currently is there AFTER I’ve paid $800 to get my car fixed, brought it TIGHT back because it started running hot as soon as I left the shop, Now saying a gasket was blown knowing they Caused it. I’ve been WITHOUT a Vehicle for OVER 2 weeks and did NOT even offer me a loaner vehicle until they fixed what they damaged. I’m having to call them to check on the status of my vehicle and it’s a different story each time I call. They do NOT care about the customers. They just want you to spend MONEY. It’s all about MONEY with Bob Moore. They do NOT know anything about customer loyalty. I miss the old East Tulsa Dodge. It was way more professional, friendly, and they were very honest if they made a mistake they fixed it instead of trying to put the fault on the customer. I’ve contacted the corporate headquarters about my issues and I am going to continue telling my story because it needs to be heard. Do NOT take your car there. It will end up with MORE ISSUES than what you originally took it in there for. But I will get results! More
I purchased the 2020 jeep gladiator in February from Bob Moore and my sales man DiMarco Brown, Was excellent. Great experience, no pressure to buy. I had stopped buy looked at a few trucks told sales I wanted to spend. I felt and went to 3 other Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealerships in town, to my suprise, I got the tru looked at a few trucks told sales I wanted to spend. Customer Service non existent - they will not even respond I bought a 2019 Ram truck from Peanut and the crew at Bob Moore in Tulsa. They were great at the time of the sale, although they drug the paperwork o I bought a 2019 Ram truck from Peanut and the crew at Bob Moore in Tulsa. They were great at the time of the sale, although they drug the paperwork out for a couple hours - ugg. But then after the sale, their customer service was a COMPLETE let down. They went radio silent, would not respond, and would not follow through on promised items. Four Months later and they returned one text to say "working on it", but haven't responded to any other communications. I've been reaching out to Jarrett Rector, Chris Gilmore, Peanut - but they apparently only care about the sale, and not the customer post sale. Very Very disappointing. I will NEVER do business with that bunch again. More
Lazy, Inattentive, Incompetent, and Useless Sales Staff I inquired on a Monday morning. Got an email monday night. I called the dealership at 8:30am on Tuesday morning. The sales person was unable to get an I inquired on a Monday morning. Got an email monday night. I called the dealership at 8:30am on Tuesday morning. The sales person was unable to get an answer until 6:45pm that night for pricing. This is an obvious sign of lack of attentiveness. The asking price was $42k. I offered to buy the truck for this price but told i was unable to do so because i did not have a trade in. How stupid i must be to think a dealership would work with a customer to buy/sell a vehicle from them. Heaven forbid you help them make money. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND FAMILY OF DEALERSHIPS AT ALL COSTS! More
