I have called and sent numerous messages through the website for someone in management to call and discuss so we can work this out. There has been no attempts of any kind. I assume this is how the dealership operates and is normal operating procedure. Update - 1/14/2020 - Still have not heard from the dealership. Complete lack of responsibility on the part of management and the sales team. Again, AVOID at all costs.
