Immediately had issues with the vehicle. Had the car less than 18 hours and it would not start. Took this dealership more than 15 phone calls and 3 days to get a call back. Ended up using a mobile mechanic service after 6 days of this car sitting in my driveway not starting and this dealership not doing anything. Half the time I called no one would even answer the phone. The vehicle was purchased for my 17 year old granddaughter, who happened to be with me every step of the way, and was not a good first experience buying a vehicle. Would never recommend this dealership. I will say the only person I would ever want to deal with at this facility is the service department manager, Brian. More
Made appointment to test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival I was not greeted by any person.
