I originally met with a different sales person, but I guess that changed So I ended up with a salesman named Jake. Trying to negotiate with him felt a little difficult, I almost felt like he was talking guess that changed So I ended up with a salesman named Jake. Trying to negotiate with him felt a little difficult, I almost felt like he was talking down to me half of the time.- yet I have bought and sold several vehicles. When I got there to pick up the truck once we finally negotiated a deal, I had hoped things would go smoothly, and did not need to wait as long as I did. I ended up hanging around for almost 4 hours to sign the paperwork. When the truck was delivered, it was not washed, which Jake explained and apologized even though waiting 4 hours did not make sense why they could not wash it. It took a few days before my SiriusXM trial was initiated, and nowhere did anyone explain to me any details about programming the truck. I signed and left- no tutorial . I also left my lien release in the vehicle. I traded, which I found out later the detailer threw in the trash. Then I had to spend multiple days trying to get a hold of Honda finance to give me another lien release to get over to them after purchase of this vehicle. Also, Jake kept my drivers license, did not return it after making a copy. But when he called me, he insinuated that I left it, which is absolutely incorrect, he did not return it to me. I was disappointed that this was a scheduled appointment and they didn’t have my part in when I showed up. Waited 2 months for this. I was really impressed with the promptness of my inquiry at a late time in the evening. They listened to my concerns about payments and met me where I needed to be.
