They did a total inspection in 30 minutes when it was over a hour. I don't believe that they checked everything and I got a receipt that they didn't check everything that they used to check when it was t over a hour. We were very happy with the service. We purchased our 2017 brand new van at Chris Nickel. Each time we took the van in for service we were satisfied with the service. We took the van in for an oil change last June and were not happy with the service. I feel the service rep was not truthful with us and we decided to find another dealership.
