Service department is evidently understaffed: • I had an 8 AM appointment and arrived just before 8. I ended up with not synthetic oil and had to pay $20 for my tire rotation. I only run synthetic in my vehicles. • The total wait time was 2 hours. What Express Lube are you guys referencing? More

Here's where it starts to get a little ugly. I don't know if I was sold something that had some band-aids on it or what has been someone's problem child. I've had it in my possession for two days and it's no longer drivable. It stalled twice on the way, and then repeatedly the following day. I'm glad I was able to get it home. If I'm asked to bring it back to Tulsa, I'm not paying for that tow, and there's going to be some conversating going on. I can't do anything about getting it fixed till Portfolio has their copy of the warranty contract. I've been reaching out about getting that done and getting no where. The mailbox I keep getting sent to is full, can't leave a message. Aside from an known issue there was nothing wrong with it when I test drove it. Now this. A lemon? Your communication sucks. I had to talk to at least two different people just to find out that I was able to come get the Jeep. It was almost like pulling teeth. So I've got a car with a CEL after two day, miss firing like crazy, code P0300 and I can't talk to anybody so far. Next time I call I'm going to be wanting a manager and someone who can take steps to help rectify this situation. Ramses has a text with a picture of my code reader, said "I'll let someone know". So far crickets. Not even a week after I signed papers and I might as well be on a desert island. Please don't leave me wishing I'd bought a 4Runner instead. More
I do not recommend using them for recall repairs. I was scheduled a week in advance for 10am, and they even said they had the parts in stock. I got my truck there at the shop by 9:45am and taking off work to get it situated and fixed. I asked if my truck would be done that day because I would like to not miss work as much as possible. I had a recall for an air bag replacement that takes an hour and a half tops if no issues and then the other thing was a pinion nut. I called same day after 5 hours to just get an estimate and noone returned my phone call to give me an updated status. Called after 6pm and the service department was closed with still no valid response to when it would be done. Called the following day at 8am and asked when it would be done and still never got a call back so I went up there at 10am to just retrieve my truck because no communication was happening. They decided to tell me that they have it in the air now working on it and asked me to give them an hour. I kindly obliged. I was respectful. Bobby spoke with me and tried his best to handle the situation but the tech was rude to him. Bobby handled his composure so well, and stepped away getting the service manager involved. I have to applaud Bobby for doing his job and being patient with the tech. I do not recommend this service department for minor things, they tend to tell you what you want to hear but never follow through. I was dissatisfied and disappointed. Hopefully soon they get it in order and take customers needs in thought. I missed a day and a half of work tending to this matter. More

They did not have the part I needed. They said one was at the Broken Arrow dealership. I asked: When do they close? Your parts clerk told me they close at 6:00. I got there, got the part, only to learn their service shop closes at 5:00. So I had to come back to Patriot dealership the next day to get the part programmed. I think a little better communication would have helped. I was never given an estimate of my service needs. More
